In the Spring of 2017, Isaac and Mike ran in a race for a cause in Cleveland wearing the Homebred ‘Varsity’ Tees. That was the birth of seeing the Homebred brand in a new light being health and wellness. There was another run soon after where I actually got a text message from my Godmother who was running in the Rock N Roll Hall-of-Fame 5k and sent a picture of the of a runner’s back where you could see the signature “H” that’s stamped on the back of our ‘Homage’ tees and sure enough, it was Isaac; running again, representing Homebred.

I also started to notice Isaac posting on his IG story PSA’s trying to get people to come out and run together. I thought that was cool from the jump because Ike isn’t that outspoken, but I noticed he was really on this fitness kick and trying to get people along with him.

With the core values of the brand being CREATE. INFLUENCE. UNIFY., the goal has always been to have different causes to bring people together and promote positive vibes, so I presented Isaac and Mike with the idea of starting the ‘Homebred Running Club,’ a perfect way to bring people together to all for a common goal of bettering themselves in an active way.

As a Lifestyle Brand, it is our goal to create and promote effective lifestyles that are full of motion and happiness. This endeavor to bring together the masses of our community to fellowship, workout and come together as one can really lead to a priority for fitness in the Greater Cleveland Area and eventually spread out to touch the world.
